Alameda School District in California Passes Unconstitutional Curricular Agenda that Impinges on Separation of Church and State
Recently, the Alameda School District in California passed an agenda which crosses the bright line between Church and State. In a 3 to 2 decision, the Alameda School District in California passed a mandatory requirement that Kindergarten school children should be exposed to principles of alternate sexual orientation and providing the idea that such practices are legitimate in today's society. By passing this mandatory provision, the Alameda School District in California has impermissibly crossed the line into the religious arena by espousing doctrinal tenets which are the proper subject matter of religious institutions. Thus, the mandatory agenda violates the Fundamental Constitutional Rights of parents and the People of the State of California.
